Can I update the address on an order that has already shipped?

No, we can’t update your address for an order that has already been processed and shipped. However, you can update your address for future shipments by logging in to your Keeps account.

If you have any issues, please reach out to our Care team by calling or texting 833-745-3377 from 10am ET to 6pm ET, chat by clicking on "Support" in the bottom right corner of the Keeps.com website, or email at help@keeps.com.
