Where is my order?

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your product ships. If you think the email could be lost in your inbox, you can search the subject line, “Your order has shipped,” or simply “help@keeps.com.”

The product usually ships within 1-2 business days after you order it (and then it typically arrives on your doorstep 5-7 business days after that). If you have any questions, reach out to our Care team by calling or texting 833-745-3377 from 10am ET to 6pm ET, chat by clicking on "Support" in the bottom right corner of the Keeps.com website, or email at help@keeps.com.
